PRA finalises “low impact” changes

The PRA has published finalised changes to its rules which it has designated as having low impact. The changes include:

• conditional disapplication of the General Provisions to give effect to the deference arrangements under the Berne Agreement;
• updates to hyperlinks in the CRR Firms Reporting Pillar 2 Part; and
• an update to the Fees Part to reflect confirmed policy.
