The PSR has published the APP scams reimbursement dashboard updated for Q3 2025. The stats show that reimbursement rates are still high, and indeed slightly increased from the previous quarter. The proportion of claims closed within 5 business days has dropped slightly – but a steady figure of around 3% were rejected for not meeting the customer standard of caution. The total value reimbursed was at its highest since the dashboard began, at £61.1m and around 62,000 reimbursable claims made.
