Emma RadmoreThe JMLSG has published revisions to its guidance following consultation. The changes, which have been submitted to HM Treasury for approval, are to:
- Chapter 6 of Part 1 in respect of data protection and subject access requests when the firm has made a SAR; and
- Chapter 3 of Part 1 in respect of the role of the MLRO and monitoring of AML controls.
