Lucy HadrillThe FCA has published an updated version of its statements of policy on the operation of the MiFID transparency regime. The updates are to reflect amendments made to UK MiFIR by FSMA 2023, including the deletion of Article 5 of UK MiFIR which contains provisions on the double volume cap mechanism, with effect from 29 August 2023.
